Although her mother said her first word was "horsey", it was after falling off her first horse at age 13 that Mindy Sullivan knew she wanted to learn everything she could about the wonderful world of horses.
After volunteering as a stall cleaner at every local facility in Los Angeles, apprenticing with some of the top trainers in the industry, receiving her education at LA Pierce College, and opening her own training facility in 1982, Mindy has obtained the gift of being able to teach others how to achieve that special relationship between horse and human.
At the age of 16, Mindy took a job managing the financial affairs of her mother's Real Estate Office. It was there that she got a good taste of the Real Estate Industry which would become her stepping stone to financing her dream "of owning a big home on a hill with a yard full of black horses and collies." In 2001, she awoke one morning to the realization that she had succeeded.
Being both Real Estate Broker, Advisor, Trainer, Teacher and Riding Coach, Mindy's true talents lie in helping others to achieve their dreams as well.
